Payment and Billing

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and AI NutriTech, both parties agree to:

Mediation or Arbitration: If informal resolution is not possible, agree to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed-upon dispute resolution service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI NutriTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or us.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notification of changes will be provided on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
